PURPOSE:The Purpose of this association shall be to promote a spirit of friendly understanding and cooperation among all Staff NCO's of the Battalion; through our appearance, conduct and military bearing, set an exmaple for the junior Marines of the Battalion, and through our combined efforts increase the military proficiency and bearing of the unit and the individual members.
